Scope
This policy describes the SoloMinerPool website and its BTC, RVN, PRL, QTC and QWC pool information and configured mining services. External rental services and wallets operate independently.
BTC Puzzle 71 Workers
Worker registration stores your worker email (or legacy worker name), public BTC payout address, device model, creation time and a hash of your worker access token. Match notifications store the worker ID, range ID, report ID and receipt time; the public dashboard shows only the total and latest notification time. Private keys are never included in these notifications. Assigned ranges and submitted checked/skipped counts, report timestamps and search-log receipt hashes are retained for coordination and contribution accounting. The public homepage and dashboard publish aggregate counts and up to 20 worker labels, connection status and reported checked/skipped counts for their current or latest range. Email labels are masked; legacy worker names may appear as registered. Your worker email and payout address are shown only in your authenticated worker session. Email ownership is not verified; your private worker token restores access. An essential, secure worker cookie keeps your session for up to one year; restoring with your private worker access token can resume access on another device.
Mining and Wallet Data
The pool database stores mining records that can include receiving addresses, worker names, IP addresses, mining software identifiers, share difficulty and timestamps. Balance and payment records support reward accounting.
Website Requests
Website and infrastructure requests can produce technical logs, including request time, path, IP address and client information. Wallet searches send the selected coin and public address to the website API and, when configured, its collector. Setup forms do not require private keys or wallet signing.
Use of Information
Mining records support share validation, performance estimates, block attribution and payouts. Technical records support troubleshooting and service security. The website displays the statistics supplied by its status feed.
Public Information
Receiving addresses, worker names and mining results may appear in pool statistics when those feeds are enabled. Blockchain transactions are public. Avoid including personal information in worker names.
Cookies and Analytics
The current application does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process requests or use essential technologies under their own policies. No consent to optional tracking is implied by this page.
Retention
There is no verified fixed retention period across all pool records, backups and infrastructure logs. Share records may be removed during reward settlement. Accounting records and backups can remain after shares are deleted; no automatic 60-day deletion promise is made.
Providers and External Links
Website hosting, VPS and network providers process technical data needed to deliver their services. Coin dashboard pages request public market prices directly from CoinPaprika; that provider receives your IP address and standard browser request information. No wallet address or worker name is included in price requests. Following a link to a block explorer or rental provider takes you to a separate service governed by its own policy.
Security and Requests
Do not send seed phrases or private keys to this service. Official privacy contact details have not yet been published, so an online access or deletion request channel is not currently available. This limitation does not remove rights provided by applicable law.
Updates
Changes to data handling will be reflected here with a revised update date. Any consent required for a new optional purpose should be obtained separately.
