Questions about setup, SOLO rewards and pool statistics

Updated 20 September 2026

01. How does SOLO mining work?

Your miner submits work to the pool. A reward is earned when your miner discovers a valid block that the network accepts. Ordinary shares alone do not earn a payment.

02. Which pools are available?

The website lists Bitcoin (BTC), Ravencoin (RVN), Pearl (PRL) Quantus (QTC) and Qwertycoin (QWC). QWC pool setup is in progress; mining and rental connections are not verified yet. Check each pool’s live status and connection details before connecting a miner.

03. Does the RVN pool hold rewards?

Yes. The RVN configuration uses a pool-owned wallet, records eligible miner balances and sends payouts after block maturity. It is not a direct-to-miner coinbase service.

04. What is the pool fee?

The SOLO pool fee is 1.5%. For a 1,250 RVN reward, the fee allocation is 18.75 RVN and the block finder’s allocation is 1,231.25 RVN, before any applicable transaction-fee treatment.

05. When are RVN payouts processed?

Automatic payouts are enabled with a minimum eligible balance of 1 RVN and a processing interval of 10 minutes. A block must mature first. The interval is a processing schedule, not a guaranteed payment deadline.

06. Which connection should I use?

Choose your coin and open its Mining Settings. Only the selected method’s verified connection is displayed. RVN uses KAWPOW; an unavailable endpoint remains unavailable until the live pool reports verification.

07. What username and password should I enter?

Use your receiving address followed by a dot and worker name, such as YOUR_WALLET.worker1, and the public mining password supplied by the verified setup. Never enter a wallet password, private key or seed phrase.

08. Is NiceHash fully tested?

Its pool verifier passed subscription, login and difficulty checks on 20 September 2026. An actual rental producing accepted shares has not yet been demonstrated. The verifier result is not a guarantee of rental performance.

09. Why have I earned nothing?

SOLO mining pays for an accepted block discovery, not time spent or the number of ordinary shares. A miner can work for a long period without finding a block.

10. What does a dash in the dashboard mean?

A dash means the feed has not supplied that value. It does not mean zero. Price and history panels remain empty until the appropriate data is available.

11. Why does reported hashrate change?

Pool hashrate is estimated from submitted work over a measurement window. It can differ from your miner’s local estimate, particularly after starting or stopping.

12. Is Stored Shares 24h my complete accepted-share total?

No. It counts records currently stored for that period. SOLO settlement can delete share records, so this number is not a permanent total. Rejected-share counts are unavailable unless separately reported.

13. Can I use an exchange deposit address?

Check the exchange’s RVN deposit rules, address requirements and minimum credit amount first. You are responsible for choosing an address you can receive payments at.

14. What if a block is orphaned?

A candidate block can be rejected or removed from the accepted chain. It must not be treated as a final payable reward until the pool has classified it and the required confirmations are met.
